We’re now looking for a warm, organised, and confident Restaurant Host to be the face of the restaurant — managing reservations, welcoming guests, and setting the tone for an outstanding dining experience.

• Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
• Managing reservations and walk-ins using booking systems
• Coordinating closely with management and floor teams to optimise table flow
• Handling guest enquiries, calls, and special requests
• Maintaining accurate guest records and reservation updates
• Supporting the front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth service
• Creating a welcoming, organised, and polished reception environment

• Previous experience in a host, reception, or guest‑facing hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• Calm and confident presence during busy service periods
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
