As a Breakfast Manager you’ll manage day‑to‑day floor operations, lead the front‑of‑house team, ensure guests feel looked after from arrival, and exemplify our values.

• Experience supervising or leading teams in a premium restaurant or hospitality setting.
• A passion for great food, drink, and genuine hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to think on your feet in a busy environment.
• Understanding of daily operations including rotas, bookings, cash handling, and health & safety.

• Hourly rate of £17.40 plus OTE.
