Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner-Asthma Respiratory Band 7 (Developmental) with progression to Band 8a upon qualification.

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Respiratory Asthma Service as a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Band7) with a clearly defined pathway to progression as a Qualified ACP (Band 8a). We are offering this role to a registered nurse with substantial experience in asthma or respiratory care working or aspiring to work at an advanced specialist practice level.
This post is supported by a structured development programme as aligned to the Multiprofessional Framework for Advanced Clinical Practice. You will contribute to the assessment, diagnosis and management of patients with asthma including those with complex and high risk disease. You will progressively develop autonomy in clinical decision making, supported by structured supervision, education and proficiency assessment.

Main duties:Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the country.
