If you're a qualified or almost qualified Therapeutic Radiographer, join the Oxford Radiotherapy Department and be part of a dynamic, supportive team dedicated to delivering compassionate excellence.
As a Band 5 Therapeutic Radiographer
, you’ll deliver safe, high-quality radiotherapy treatment using advanced techniques such as SA , VMAT, DIBH, TBI and SRS
. You’ll work with an experienced team in a friendly environment where your development and wellbeing matter.
Our department is equipped with cutting-edge technology including Varian Halcyons, Varian True Beams with 6
DoF, RGSC and SRS capability;
Siemens CT Go Sims and HDR
, all networked by ARIA
. We are a multi-site centre with satellites in Swindon & Milton Keynes – 3 sites, 1 team.

Main duties of the job- Work as a member of the radiography team covering all sections of the department including mould room, CT scanning, virtual simulation and contouring; delivery of a wide range of both simple and complex treatment and IGRT techniques
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team
- Assist with the day-to-day organisation of a treatment unit to ensure an efficient service and achievement of workload targets
- Supervise, support & teach junior staff and students
