Main duties of the jobAs a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be supporting a gentleman in his 40s who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including mobility issues, loss of vision on the right side, and PEG feeding. Your role will be to assist him with daily routines, personal hygiene, medication administration, and provide emotional support and companionship. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate care records and collaborating with healthcare professionals and the client's family.

Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Oxford.
Pay: £16.45 per hour on weekdays, £17.48 per hour on Saturdays, £18.51 per hour on Sundays.
Hours: Up to 40 per week (08:00 - 20:00)
About the Role
You’ll be supporting a gentleman in his 40s who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including mobility issues, loss of vision on the right side, and PEG feeding. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.
He lives in an adapted property with his family, he loves to spend time with them and is also a football fan. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest. A driving licence and willingness to drive the client’s vehicle is essential and training is provided.

- Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and her family.
