We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN / RMN) for a well-regarded 42-bed nursing home in Exeter.

The service provides general nursing and dementia care and is CQC rated Good, offering a supportive and well-structured working environment.

• Days: 07:30 – 19:30
• Nights: 19:30 – 07:30
• Contract:
  
  36 hours per week (days or nights)
• Pay Rate: £21.00 – £23.00 per hour
• Paid breaks included

• 1 Nurse
• 1 Senior Carer (medication trained)
• 5 Care Assistants

• Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care
• Medication administration and clinical documentation
• Care planning and risk assessments
• Liaison with families and MDTs
• Support and guide care staff on shift

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
• Passionate about dementia and elderly care
• Confident, reliable, and clinically competent
• Team‑focused with strong communication skills
