Healthcare Assistant – Care Outlook
Bring your compassion and dedication to our community care team as a Healthcare Assistant, with part‑time or full‑time opportunities across Oxfordshire.
OverviewAs a Healthcare Assistant you will travel door‑to‑door to provide personal care, build relationships, and make a difference in the homes of vulnerable and elderly clients. This role offers UK sponsorship for experienced applicants and includes training for the Care Certificate and ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities- Provide hands‑on personal care (washing, toileting, dressing, etc.) in clients’ homes.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Observe, monitor, and record client needs and care activities.
- Build relationships with clients and support them throughout the day.
- Follow care plans and safety procedures.
- Caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate.
- 100% committed to improving the quality of life for vulnerable people.
- Must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Flexibility to support clients in their own homes, including mornings, evenings, and alternating Saturdays and Sundays.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Weekdays: £13.84 per visit (1 hour)
- Weekends: £15.38 per visit (1 hour)
- £300 Refer a Friend Bonus
- 40p per mile mileage allowance

- 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
- 2‑weekly payroll
- Shift options: 07:00‑15:00, 14:00‑22:00.
