You’ll be the go-to expert for our Shoulder portfolio, driving growth and market share across your territory. Picture yourself partnering with surgeons, supporting clinical demonstrations, and leading product launches. You’ll guide and upskill the regional sales team, convert key targets, and ensure our advanced technologies reach the right hands. Responsibilities
  • Act as the go-to expert for the Shoulder portfolio, driving growth and market share across your territory.
  • Partner with surgeons, support clinical demonstrations, and lead product launches.
  • Guide and upskill the regional sales team, convert key targets, and ensure advanced technologies reach the right hands.
  • Influence strategy, develop key opinion leaders, and shape the future of sports medicine in the UK.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in medical device sales (minimum 3 years) or marketing within the sector.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
  • A full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively (50–75%).
