Senior Finance Manager - Real Estate London - 4 days per week £85,000 - £100,000 The company My client is a leading UK property developer with a portfolio of impressive developments across the UK. They are currently seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to support the financial management of large-scale residential development projects. Working closely with project leadership and finance teams, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across major developments.

Role & Responsibilities Lead the financial strategy, forecasting and reporting for development projects Maintain accurate profit and cashflow forecasts and financial models Provide scenario analysis and financial insight to support strategic decisions Monitor development costs, financial performance and key risks Ensure strong financial controls, VAT compliance and cost reconciliations Prepare monthly reporting and quarterly financial reviews Act as a key link between development teams and central finance Support project teams to ensure financial considerations drive decision-making What you need ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA qualified Strong financial experience in practice or industry Experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Whats on offer Competitive salary and bonus Opportunity to work on large, high-profile development projects Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making Collaborative environment with strong career progression opportunities If you are interested in discussing this role further, please apply or contact
