Job Title:

Financial Planning Administrator / Client Relationship Manager
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus

Expert Wealth Management is an award‑winning, family‑orientated firm known for delivering exceptional client service and building long‑term relationships. We are now looking for a proactive and organised Financial Planning Administrator/CRM to join our close‑knit team.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in financial services who loves supporting clients, managing processes, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

As a key part of our client support team, you will:

* Manage all stages of the client financial planning journey

* Act as a friendly and professional first point of contact

* Prepare client reports, meeting packs, and follow‑up documentation

* Liaise with advisers, clients, and providers to keep everything moving smoothly

* Maintain accurate client data and ensure compliance standards are met

* Prepare and track applications, forms, and review documents

* Support diary and workflow management for advisers

* Help develop and improve internal processes

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in financial planning/wealth management or similar

* Highly organised, accurate and methodical

* Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

* Comfortable working in a small, supportive team

* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, financial planning software)

* Professional, presentable, and client-focused
