Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner Full Time | Kidlington (Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day home) Savant are supporting the search for a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to join the finance team of a well-established construction business with a long heritage and an exciting growth agenda. This is a key role reporting into the Financial Controller, providing high-quality management information, owning balance sheet areas, and playing a pivotal part in month-end and year-end processes.

The position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence financial decision-making within the business.

Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts for review by the Financial Controller Produce month-end analysis for business stakeholders, including WIP and KPI reporting Deliver accurate and timely reporting across key revenue and cost areas Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective exchange of financial information Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and support monthly reviews Prepare monthly CIS returns and ad-hoc statistical reporting Provide financial analysis and ad-hoc support to the Financial Controller and management team Support stakeholders to ensure correct finance processes are followed Prepare year-end audit packs and act as a key contact for external auditors Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls across the business Accounts Receivable: raise external and intercompany invoices with supporting documentation Accounts Payable: provide support and holiday cover as required Skills & Experience ACCA or CIMA qualified Strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Experience working within a small finance team Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
