Competitive ( equivalent to circa £100,000) Office based role We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned business near Oxford who are seeking an Interim Head of Finance to lead their finance function during a period of growth and transformation. This is a hands-on, strategic role providing key financial insight directly to the owners.

The Role:

You will take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management, ensuring robust financial controls and compliance. You will support the owners with strategic decision-making, provide actionable financial insights, and help drive business performance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a close-knit, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance function, including accounts, budgets, and forecasts Provide clear, actionable financial insight to the owners Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and tax obligations Implement and improve financial processes and controls Support growth, investment, or funding initiatives as required

What We're Looking For:
