A consultancy firm in Oxford is looking for an experienced Accounting and Tax Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, mainly in farming and property sectors. The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with prior experience in a UK practice. Responsibilities include client management, tax planning, and mentoring junior staff. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
