A leading engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise‑level electronic security systems on a major life sciences campus development in Oxford. The project includes cutting‑edge laboratories, research facilities and collaborative spaces, with a fully integrated security solution across the site including IP CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection and Video Management Systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high‑profile, technically complex project with strong long‑term career prospects.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the engineering, installation and delivery of large‑scale security systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

• Manage delivery of enterprise‑scale electronic security systems
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
• Manage project controls, installation quality and programme
• Produce RAMS, reports and technical documentation
• Ensure H&S compliance and security standards
• Drive successful commissioning and handover

• Proven experience delivering electronic security projects
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of BSEN, NSI and H&S regulations
• Experience with IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems
• Familiarity with VMS platforms such as Milestone
• Understanding of IP networks and ELV systems
• Relevant qualification (C&G, HNC/HND or similar)
