An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trainee / Graduate Project Manager to join an award‑winning civil engineering and building company with a strong national presence. Operating from a network of offices, they specialise in infrastructure and groundworks, predominantly within the residential sector, and have continued to expand since their establishment in 1995.

This is an exciting chance to join their Oxford office as a Trainee / Graduate Project Manager, supporting a wide range of civil engineering and groundworks projects across the region.

The role – Civil Engineering Trainee / Graduate Project Manager

This contractor is seeking a hardworking and driven Trainee / Graduate Project Manager who is eager to develop their career in a fast‑paced and agile environment. Working closely with the production and site teams, you will assist with planning, coordination, progress monitoring and delivery across multiple projects.

You will be office‑based with regular site visits and will gain exposure to the full project life cycle, from initial enquiry through to completion. You will support all project delivery functions, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the company’s high standards.

• A‑Level qualified as a minimum or a Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Motivated, organised and keen to learn
• Strong communication and numerical skills
• Interest in civil engineering, groundworks and project delivery
• Ability to work well within a team
