Are you a BEMS Commissioning Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments? We’re working with a leading contractor delivering a major life sciences development in Oxford, a flagship project where building performance, energy monitoring and smart control systems are absolutely critical.

This role will see you pre‑commissioning and commissioning BEMS control panels, proving full integration between the BEMS system and multiple 3rd party packages across a live construction site environment.

• Pre‑commissioning and commissioning BEMS systems & control panels
• Proving integration between BEMS and M&E systems
• Working across mechanical systems (air, hydraulic, FCUs, chilled beams)
• Supporting electrical systems including metering, lighting, fire, security & smart tech
• Reading and interpreting deliverables, interface matrices, network drawings, point schedules & technical specs
• Ensuring smooth handover of fully operational BEMS systems

• Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Strong experience delivering BEMS systems (ideally Schneider / Tridium)
• Experience with BACnet and/or Modbus
• Confident working with software, graphics and system integration
• Valid CSCS or ECS card
