We are looking for an experienced senior electrical project manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of electrical services on one of the UK's most prestigious life sciences developments. • Lead and manage the delivery of electrical packages on site through to handover.
• Ensure the timely completion of commissioning, safety documentation, and final close‑out.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors and coordinate with design and planning functions.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards.
• Drive productivity, quality, and innovation across all project stages.

• First degree in Engineering Discipline (Electrical), other construction or design related degree, or an industry‑recognised technical or engineering qualification (NVQ level 4) plus demonstrable experience in a design and construction delivery environment.
• Ability to drive a large‑scale project.
• Previous project delivery experience of large highly regulated projects (MEP value of £15 m – 100 m+).
• The ability to select & manage innovative methods, use of materials & safe systems of work.
• Practical application of engineering principles and calculations.
• Establish and oversee local implementation of engineering systems, documentation / controls to comply with H&S legislation, and Company standards.
