An opportunity for an experienced Residential Groundworks and Civil Engineering Site Engineer to join a Large Oxford based Residential Groundworks Company. Having won three major projects that will commence in 2025, the client is seeking a Site Engineer to join their operational team. All projects are localized in the Oxfordshire / Wiltshire area.

Duties:

Setting out

Photo-based dilapidation survey

Topography survey

Providing technical guidance to the site team

Ensuring all specifications and standards are met so the project can be built to the highest quality

Quality Assurance

Record keeping - S104 and S38 survey

Street works applications

Cross checking CAD information

Requirements:

Experience in Residential Groundworks

Experience as a Site Engineer

Ability to commute in and around the East Midlands

Remuneration:

Up to £80,000 p.a Or up to £400 per day Ltd
