Structural Engineer; Associate Designate

Working alongside a technically accomplished principal engineer, your focus will be on the design delivery and commercial aspects of the business. You will work closely with your line manager, the partner in charge of civil & structural engineering. This will include meeting clients at project advisory stages, fee negotiation, concept design, resource planning, client care, project delivery and providing input on new business.

As a senior member of the management team you will help to guide and mentor engineers and play an active role in selecting new employees.

A building structures engineer who is chartered, incorporated or nearing chartered status with the ICE or IStruct

E. A structural design background with knowledge of steel and concrete. Experience of delivering concurrent projects and working closely with clients. The position requires an individual who is adept at forming lasting business relationships
