Base pay range

Salary: £39,424 - £47,779 per annum with a possible extension to £51,983
. Including an Oxford University Weighting of £1,730.

Contract:

Full Time (37.5 hours), Fixed Term Contract until 30 October 2026.

About the Role

The Prospect Research Team supports fundraising activities by providing insights to build relationships with high‑value supporters. The role involves conducting philanthropy research and reputational due diligence research in a higher education setting, finding, evaluating, and communicating information clearly and effectively.
