What are you going to do:
Dates:
Monday 29 June – Saturday 4 July
- Support students in their studies and be a point of contact to offer help.
- Supervise students during study hours, free time and organised activities.
- Lead and support student groups (approximately 15 students) on excursions and activities around Oxford, alongside other staff members.
- Monitor student wellbeing and report any academic or pastoral concerns to other programme staff.
- Uphold safeguarding standards and report concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Willing to undergo advanced DBS check (Paid for by CTT).
- Reside on site at St Hilda’s College with student delegates for the duration of the programme.
- Experience working with young people under 18

- A proactive and flexible mindset
- Current or former University of Oxford student
- Previous experience in camps, summer schools, mentoring or coaching and working with young people.
- Experience working with an international cohort of students.

Summer/Holiday Jobs. Salary: £600 per week. Responsible for supporting students, supervising, leading excursions, upholding safeguarding standards, monitoring student wellbeing. Published: 17-02-2026. Profession type:
Teaching/Instructors/Guides. Full UK/EU driving license preferred. No car required. Must be eligible to work in the EU. No cover letter required.
