An educational programme in Oxford is seeking a Residential Advisor to provide guidance and support during its summer programme for high-achieving students aged 14–18. This role requires active mentoring and ensuring student wellbeing while maintaining a vibrant community atmosphere. Responsibilities include managing daily schedules and leading activities.
