A welcoming and supportive primary school in Oxford are seeking a Year 3 Teacher to join their team from after Easter 2026. This role includes a TLR and is ideal for a passionate teacher who is confident in the Key Stage 2 curriculum and keen to take on additional responsibility within the school.

Within this role you will take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will work closely with senior leaders and support staff to ensure all pupils make strong academic and personal progress. The TLR will involve contributing to whole-school development and supporting an agreed area of responsibility.
