A specialist educational institution in Oxford is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to provide support for primary and secondary students aged 8-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. This full-time position involves working 1:1 and in small groups to help students manage their behaviours, build self-esteem, and regulate emotions. The role is set in a nurturing environment with access to therapeutic interventions, aimed at helping each child overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.
