A welcoming and community-focused mainstream primary school in Oxford, Oxfordshire is seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to giving children a strong and positive start to their school journey.

The school is well regarded for its inclusive ethos and nurturing learning environment. They are looking for a reflective, creative, and caring teacher who can deliver high-quality early years provision and support every child's development academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Supporting children's early literacy, numeracy, and personal development
Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
Maintaining positive behaviour and strong classroom routines
Working collaboratively with the Early Years team and wider school staff
Building positive relationships with parents and carers
Participating in the wider life of the school

Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience teaching in Reception or Early Years is desirable but not essential.
