Teacher, Teacher Assistant​/ Paraprofessional

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join a team and play an important role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the class, contribute to whole-school development, and uphold our strong safeguarding culture.

This role is ideal for someone who believes in bringing out the best in every pupil and is committed to professional growth, collaboration, and inclusive practice.

• Plan and deliver well‑structured, engaging lessons that follow the school curriculum and meet individual pupil needs.
• Assess, monitor, record and report on pupil progress using accurate and effective assessment methods.
• Adapt teaching to respond to pupils’ strengths, needs and learning styles.
• Set high expectations that motivate and challenge pupils.
• Promote strong progress and positive outcomes.
• Demonstrate secure subject and curriculum knowledge.
• Support pupils preparing for external tests, accreditation and exams.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Successful teaching experience.
• Training or experience in SEMH, Autism, Team Teach (desirable).
