Salary: £28,000 £ 32,000 per annum
Bonus:
Up to £4,000 per year (OTE £36,000)

Hours:

42.5 hours per week, Mon Fri rotating shifts

Shifts:

7am4pm / 8am5pm / 9am6pm
Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8am12pm), paid at 1.5

A long-standing, family-run commercial vehicle dealership group is seeking a proactive and customer-focused HGV Service Advisor to join its busy and growing team. Due to internal promotion, this role offers stability, progression, and the chance to work with leading commercial vehicle brands.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive an excellent level of service from initial booking to vehicle handover. You'll play a key role in workshop scheduling, customer updates, authorisations, and ensuring all service processes run smoothly.

• Act as the primary contact for customer queries, both in person and by phone
• Follow the full Service Core Process to ensure accurate job preparation
• Provide daily updates on vehicle progress and manage VOR information
• Clarify repair types (retail/fleet/warranty) and obtain authorisations
