In hiring our next Junior Copywriter, we’re looking for someone with excellent, demonstrable writing skills, innovative ideas, insatiable curiosity, and the ability to tell a great story.
You should also be persuasive, ambitious, and unafraid to make mistakes.
What You’ll Be Doing- Writing compelling sales copy for long and short‑form video, emails, advertorials, and more.
- Acquiring customers through digital channels including Native, Facebook, and You Tube.
- Executing on strategic and copy‑related tasks that will drive brand growth and customer retention.
- Exceptional Writing – you write with warmth, clarity, impact, and empathy.
- Outside‑The‑Box Thinking – you think independently, challenge orthodoxy, and constantly look for new and better ways to solve problems.
- Remarkable Research – you want to tell the untold stories, immersing yourself in research to unearth compelling ideas.

- If the hiring manager decides to move forward with your application, you will be invited to a short, online interview.
- The interview is designed to gauge cultural fit and copywriting knowledge, followed by a short writing task if successful.
- If your written piece stands out from the crowd, we’ll invite you to the final stage: an in‑person interview, or assessment day.
- Celebrated 8‑week training program (fully paid), which acts as the role’s probationary period, teaching the full scope of world‑class direct‑response copy.

Please note that a full‑time job offer is only made if you pass our 8‑week training period.
This role is available in our London and Oxford offices.
Offer may be subject to delayed start due to our staggered training dates – this will be discussed at interview.
