This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager, based in Oxford. The Site Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, supervising workers and subcontractors, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation.

The Site Manager will also resolve any onsite issues and ensure the proper use of resources and materials.

• Experience in project management, site supervision, and construction management
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
• Technical expertise in construction processes, techniques, and tools
• Effective leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience managing residential or commercial construction projects is highly desirable
