Chartered Building Surveyor

My client is a well-established and highly respected Building & Construction Consultancy with a strong presence across London and the South. Their services span Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Clerk of Works, delivering high-quality professional advice across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.

This is a client-facing position suited to an experienced Building Surveyor who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and managing projects from inception through to completion.

• Manage a broad range of professional and project instructions across multiple sectors
• Engage directly with clients and build strong, lasting relationships
• Lead instructions from proposal stage through to delivery and completion
• Deliver high-quality reports, specifications and contract administration services
• Work independently while collaborating within an integrated team
• Contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the London office

• 510 years post-qualification experience (Senior level)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Leadership capability and confidence in a client-facing environment
• Commercial awareness and sound professional judgement
• Drive, initiative and willingness to take ownership
