A dynamic and forward-thinking construction consultancy are looking for a driven Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Oxford.
This opportunity would suit an ambitious Building Surveyor ready to step up into a Senior-level position, or an experienced Senior Building Surveyor looking for a new challenge within a fresh environment.
About the Role – Senior Building SurveyorThis is a great opportunity for a driven Senior Building Surveyor to work at the forefront of a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, education, heritage, healthcare, prime residential and the public sector.
You’ll join a collaborative and highly supportive team of Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, working closely together to successfully deliver projects. The role offers exposure to both project and professional Building Surveying services, providing variety and the opportunity to develop a well-rounded skillset.
Working closely with the Building Surveying Partner, you will play an important role in strengthening and developing the team as the Oxford office continues to expand. This position offers the chance to contribute not only to project delivery but also to team development, client relationships and the wider growth of the business.

About You – Senior Building SurveyorIdeally, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will be an ambitious and client-facing professional, keen to take the next step in their career.
- Ideally MRICS qualified, or currently working towards chartership
- Strong experience delivering both project and professional Building Surveying services
- Confident in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience working across a variety of sectors is advantageous
- A genuine interest in contributing to team growth, mentoring junior staff and supporting business development
- Proficient in industry-standard surveying tools and software
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects effectively
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- £50,000 - £60,000
- Discretionary bonus scheme
