The Opportunity
A strong opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established building consultancy in Oxford.
This role offers the chance to lead projects, manage key client relationships and play an active role in shaping commercial outcomes across a varied project portfolio.
You’ll work within a collaborative team environment with clear progression opportunities and the ability to influence both project delivery and wider business growth.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
* Managing projects from feasibility through to final account.
* Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and tender documentation.
* Providing procurement advice and administering contracts.
* Managing client relationships and acting as a commercial lead.
* Supporting junior QS team members through mentoring and guidance.
* Producing clear, accurate commercial reports and recommendations.
About You
* Strong consultancy or client-side quantity surveying experience.
* MRICS qualified or working toward chartership.
* Confident managing projects independently and leading clients.
* Solid knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms.
* Commercially astute with excellent communication skills.
* Ambitious and keen to progress within a consultancy environment.
