• Conduct detailed building surveys and inspections.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and provide expert advice to clients.

• Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Membership with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is essential.
• Proven experience in building surveying, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
