Asbestos Surveyor - M40 Corridor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor looking to work along the M40 corridor, covering the Midlands, Oxford and High Wycombe areas. You'll be joining a well-established consultancy with a strong commercial client base and a clear focus on doing work properly, without unnecessary pressure.

- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
- Working across commercial and industrial sites only
- Producing clear, accurate survey reports
- Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams
- Ensuring all work complies with HSG
264, HSE guidance and company procedures
- 2-3 years' experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
- Confident working independently across varied site types
- Full UK driving licence
