Recruitment Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established and highly reputable Midlands-based contractor who pride themselves on delivering exceptional new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across the hospitality, leisure, assisted living, and general commercial sectors. With a strong focus on quality, long-term client relationships, and high-end finishes, they are now looking to expand their delivery team with the appointment of an experienced Site Manager based in the Oxfordshire area to assist with projects locally.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, detail-focused Site Manager to join a business that values quality workmanship and client satisfaction above all. You will be responsible for managing projects from groundworks through to full fit-out, often working on fast-track schemes with tight deadlines and high-end finishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full site management of fast-track projects from inception to completion
  • Coordination of all trades and subcontractors on site
  • Ensuring high standards of health & safety and compliance
  • Managing timelines, site logistics, and daily progress reporting
  • Delivering high-quality finishes, particularly within live or semi-live environments
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams
About you
  • Proven track record delivering fast-track refurbishment and fit-out projects
  • Comfortable managing projects from the ground up through to final handover
  • Strong eye for detail and a drive for quality workmanship
  • Trade background in Carpentry and Joinery is highly desirable
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schedules
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
  • Willingness to lodge and work away nationwide as required
