Our client, a well-established Main Contractor renowned for delivering high-quality refurbishment projects, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven QS who wants to work on diverse, fast-paced projects and develop their career with a supportive and reputable business.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of refurbishment schemes across the region.

• Managing costs across multiple refurbishment projects
• Preparing bills of quantities, cost plans, and valuations
• Liaising closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Monitoring project budgets, variations, and commercial risk
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Supporting procurement and tender activities
• Preparing and presenting commercial reports

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
• Ideally has refurbishment or fit-out project experience
• Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Is confident working both autonomously and within a team
• Holds relevant qualifications (degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field)

• Salary up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)
