Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? We’re excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a leading children’s residential service in Middle Barton, Oxfordshire.
Supporting young people aged 8-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours, this role offers a rewarding career path in a dynamic and nurturing environment.

Children's Residential Support Worker
Location:
North Aston
Shifts:
7 on 7 off with a day off through the week
Permanent position
Key Responsibilities:
* Encourage young people to participate in activities and foster independence tailored to their age
* Maintain a homely, friendly environment within the residential home
* Manage challenging behaviours with patience and professionalism
* Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children at all times
* Support young people in their personal development and well-being
* Uphold safety procedures and work in line with care plans, guidelines, and communication methods
* Collaborate with staff, parents, social workers, and other professionals, such as psychologists
Essential Requirements:
* Full driving license and personal vehicle (sleep allowance included)
* Over 21 years of age
* Passionate about working with young people and making a positive impact
* Experience in a social care or healthcare setting is desirable
* NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (desirable)
* Willing to commute to North Aston
