Seeking Tripoli-based business strategist / investment analyst for a hashtag

Scope (pre-feasibility / structuring):
- mapping and sequencing operational, legal, and economic dependencies;
- developing policy-led, investment-ready packages for public assets;
- designing KPIs as decision gates, risk-allocation models, and expansion pathways.

Profile sought:- Fluent in Arabic & English;
- Expertise in KPIs, financial modelling, stakeholder mapping, and market analysis;
