• Location:
  
  Nottingham office‑based for the initial 6‑month training; 3 days in our office per week (Cubo, Standard Court, NG1) – subsequently based anywhere in the UK.
• Salary: c £29,000 basic salary & benefits, rising to c £60,000 after 4 years (performance dependent).
• Starting date:
  September 2026 (actual date to be confirmed).
• Online psychometric test to be completed ahead of the closing date.
• Closing date:
  Midnight Sunday 1st February 2026.

• Provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP implementation.

As a Graduate/Accelerator, you will:

• Deliver consultancy across Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
• Translate technical requirements into business solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geographical locations.
• Post‑internship, be based anywhere in the UK.

• Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for 6 months.
• Strong communication skills – both oral and written.
• Commercial mindset and relationship‑building ability.
• Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad.
• Ability to drive with access to a vehicle.
