Aboutthe Role
As a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you will perform high-quality maintenance and repairs on premium vehicles, following manufacturer standards to ensure safety and reliability. You will conduct thorough inspections, diagnose issues, provide technical guidance, and maintain excellent customer service. You will collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth workshop workflow and share knowledge with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs on premium vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Conduct detailed inspections and diagnose faults accurately
Provide expert advice and communicate clearly with customers - Maintain workshop documentation and service records
- Support team members and share technical knowledge
- Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and efficiency at all times
- NVQ Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent
- Experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (Level 2 qualified technicians encouraged to apply)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining quality
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Valid UK driving licence required
- MOT licence advantageous but not essential
