Admin Support Officer - Rough Sleeping & Single Homelessness Team

Location: Oxford (Hybrid)Pay: £14.23 per hourContract: Full-time Local AuthorityRequirements: Clear Standard DBS (applied for if successful)

Join our Rough Sleeping & Single Homelessness Team and play a vital role in ensuring some of Oxfordshire's most vulnerable residents receive the support they need.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work at the heart of a team driving positive change across supported accommodation services within the Oxfordshire Homelessness Alliance.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Admin Support Officer, you'll be the backbone of the service, helping the team stay coordinated, informed, and running smoothly. Your work will directly support the management of services that help individuals move away from homelessness and towards stability.

Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth coordination of access to supported accommodation Supporting the team's oversight and development of commissioned homelessness services Updating databases and record-keeping systems accurately and efficiently Ensuring information aligns with wider Council data systems Helping maintain effective coordination during busy periods or staff absence
