Temporary Data Protection Officer Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Liaising with internal teams to streamline data processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Performing reviews to maintain data integrity.
  • Extracting and reviewing data for process validation.
  • Organising large datasets into Excel spreadsheets using macros.
  • Collating data from a variety of sources.
  • Supporting the team to meet strict SLAs by managing data backlog efficiently and precisely.

  • Proven administrative experience with a focus on data management.
  • Demonstrable exposure in an environment governed by GMP.
  • Skilled Microsoft Office user; advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable handling large datasets with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience supporting quality assurance functions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks independently.
