A well-established specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor is seeking an organised and proactive Document Controller / Site Administrator to support a high-profile project in Oxford.
This site-based role will be responsible for controlling all project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely distribution in line with company procedures. You’ll work closely with the project team, main contractor and subcontractors to maintain smooth document flow and site administration processes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and manage the project document register, drawings and revisions
- Upload documents/drawings (Asite to Procore) and issue RFIs, submittals and samples
- Print and distribute drawings to site teams
- Produce and coordinate O&M manuals and As-Built documentation
- Upload site progress photos and manage document systems
- Issue site permits and manage inductions (Datascope)
- Oversee daily sign-in/out of operatives and maintain site records
- Liaise regarding deliveries and follow site processes
- Provide general administrative support to the project team
- Experience using Asite (ideal)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Competitive salary (DOE)
