Role summary:Join Our Operations Team! We are seeking a Governance Manager & Executive Assistant to play a pivotal dual role at the heart of our organisation. This varied, impactful role requires someone calm under pressure, strong at building relationships, and meticulous in their approach. You will balance strategic awareness with attention to detail, handle sensitive information discreetly, and proactively support leaders.

You will ensure excellent governance across the Board & Committees while providing exceptional executive support to the CEO and Senior Management Team.
