The Knolls of Oxford, a continuing care retirement community located in Oxford, OH, is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician
.

Hours:

8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. The role requires flexibility to work after hours, weekends, and holidays. The technician will be on‑call for emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays.

Starting pay: $25.00 per hour. Pay is based on prior experience and certifications (HVAC, plumbing, etc.). Higher starting pay for HVAC certification.

• Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC tasks.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with the facility’s staff and residents, demonstrating compassion and interpersonal skills with an older adult population.
• Respond to on‑call emergencies during after‑hours, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum five (5) years of general maintenance experience (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC).
• HVAC certification highly desirable and preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and regulations preferred.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work after hours, weekends, and holidays.
