Our Productions division creates in-venue fan experiences for major events, including the Super Bowl, Olympic Games, Kentucky Derby, CFP and Final Four, among others.

Van Wagner’s College division is the fastest growing in the industry, managing corporate sponsorship and multimedia rights for numerous NCAA athletic departments and conferences across the continental United States. We identify and create advertising, marketing, and promotional opportunities across mediums including TV & Radio broadcast, websites, social media, digital and fixed signage, print media, e-newsletters, fan experiences, and event activations.

What

We’re Looking For

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends and, on rare occasions, holidays. (Time off and remote/hybrid scheduling are provided at other times of the year.)

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Overall revenue generation and cost containment for the business operation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional businesses, the campus community, and athletics departments or conference offices
  • Development and implementation of annual business plan to maximize revenue, exposure for the institutional brand, and value to sponsors
  • Management of expenses within an agreed-upon annual budget
  • Management of sponsorship fulfillment and execution, including direct client services for sponsor accounts
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the institution’s current sponsors and work with decision-makers to extend commitments
  • Manage reporting of financial information for sales revenue and program operations
  • Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate and University direction, mission, and goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top University Administrators
  • Grow and extend existing sponsor partnerships
  • Prospecting, scheduling, and conducting discovery meetings with new businesses
  • Prepare and present PowerPoint proposals to new businesses
  • Negotiate with new businesses to secure sponsor ships
  • Draft and coordinate agreements, managing information in the CRM
  • Fulfill sponsorship terms across platforms (TV & Radio, websites, social media, signage, print media, e-newsletters, fan experiences, events)
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive and team on game days for sponsor activations
  • Capture proof of performance and provide summaries to sponsors
  • Update new business development activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
