Join Allied Universal as an unarmed, driving patrol officer supporting a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols throughout assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and a customer service mindset.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including support with de-escalation, access issues, and requests for assistance.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns for reporting.

+ Control access at designated points by checking credentials as directed, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and assisting with visitor management processes.

+ Document security-related activities in daily reports and incident reports, and communicate key information to site leadership, clinical staff, and/or local responders as required by post orders.

* + Client requires proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
