Security Officer - Driver Mobile Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including support with de-escalation, access issues, and requests for assistance.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns for reporting.;
Control access at designated points by checking credentials as directed, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and assisting with visitor management processes.;
Document security-related activities in daily reports and incident reports, and communicate key information to site leadership, clinical staff, and/or local responders as required by post orders.
