Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of hospital corridors, lobbies, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbance calls, disorderly conduct, missing persons reports, and requests for assistance from clinical teams.;
Support access control by monitoring entry points, assisting with visitor check-in direction, verifying badges and/or credentials as required, and reporting unauthorized access concerns.;
Complete detailed reports and maintain logs of patrols, incidents, and alarms; communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives as needed.
