Registered Nurse

Overview

Champion Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our vascular and vein care team in Oxford, NC. This is a full-time role with no nights or weekends, offering a patient-focused, team-driven environment and opportunities to lead in vascular procedures.

• Provide nursing care for patients before, during, and after vascular and vein procedures
• Administer medications and manage patients under procedural sedation
• Monitor vital signs and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
• Maintain procedural room readiness and manage supply levels
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when needed
• Demonstrate expertise in peripheral angiograms, iliac venograms, and related interventions
• Apply evidence-based nursing practices for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, precept new staff, and oversee daily operations
• Ensure compliance with clinical regulations, policies, and patient safety standards

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (vascular/interventional preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care
• Proficiency with patient records and regulatory compliance
